About Me

In my late 30s, I hit what felt like rock bottom. Life as I knew it had unraveled — I had disappointed people who once had so much faith in me. I was drowning in shame, guilt, and self-blame, silently wondering how I’d ended up so far from the woman I thought I was supposed to be.

But the truth was, I had lost me long before the breaking point.
I had spent years people-pleasing, shrinking myself, and chasing approval that never filled the emptiness. Somewhere along the way, I let go of my identity — and when everything around me fell apart, I had no choice but to rebuild from the inside out.

And I made a promise: if I had to start over, this season would not be wasted. So I did the work!
My mission is to help women reclaim their identity, create lives that align with their values —and set healthy boundaries.

Because I know firsthand: when a woman learns to KeepHER, it changes everything.
