The KeepHER Crew is a 6-week small group experience designed for women who are ready to reset, reflect, and renew — together.
It’s where healing meets real conversation, creativity, and support in a space that’s safe, honest, and full of growth.

Because real healing requires real connection.
We intentionally limit each crew to 12 women or fewer to create a personal, intimate environment where every voice is heard and every story matters. No hiding. No overcrowding. Just honest support.

6 Weekly Sessions (45 mins each) – Powerful, topic-based discussions on identity, values, boundaries, and growth.
Pop-on / Pop-off Mentors – Special guests drop in to share wisdom and answer your real questions.
