For years, I kept hitting my head against the same walls—
making the same mistakes, repeating the same cycles, year after year…
stuck in a transition I didn’t know how to navigate.

Until I hit my rock bottom.

I remember it clearly—laying in the middle of a grave I had dug for myself,
literally begging God to take me out.
I was buried under guilt, shame, and my own choices…

but what I didn’t realize was—
I was in the middle of a transition.

And that transition changed everything.

That’s where I discovered my why.

I see so many women—
not just struggling… but stuck between who they were and who they’re becoming.

Compromising.
People-pleasing.
Questioning their worth.

Not because they’re weak—
but because no one ever showed them how to navigate the transition
or protect who they are while going through it.

That’s why I created KeepHER—
so women don’t have to lose themselves in the middle of life’s transitions
the way I did.

I made the mistakes.
I lived through the pain.
And now, I get to walk beside others
as they find clarity, rebuild, and step into who they’re becoming.

No matter what season she’s in—
divorce, motherhood, singleness, or starting over—

I help her navigate the transition.
